The FLCDC has consistently served its target community since 1988. Below is a list of HOME funded affordable housing projects that have been awarded to the FLCDC since 2004. These projects were competitively bid and awarded by City of Fort Lauderdale Department of Sustainable Development/Housing and Community and Economic Development Division and financed with HOME Funds, each project was completed on time and on budget.

735 NW 10Th Terrace Rehabilitation Project (Map)
The FLCDC has been focused on reducing its carbon footprint and lowering utility costs. The energy efficiencies include individual air conditioning in apartment units, impact glass windows and a new roof. The funds were also used for a new sanitary sewer system. Rehabilitation of Unit #2 was also recently completed. These improvements will improve the quality of life and result in lower energy costs to residents.
